As per the rules you cannot appear for joint entrance examination (mains) in both online or offline mode as while filling the form you will be given only one option and as per the joint entrance examination authorities rules you can only fill the form once for joint entrance examination (mains)...

Sorry to say you cant appear, JEE Main both online and offline exam same year.

Unfortunately, no. You cannot appear for both the offline and the online tests of JEE Mains.
