apart from Neet registration, do i need to apply separately for DU medical colleges to get 85% qouta for delhi colleges along with IPU regt

Yeah. If you are domiciled of delhi, you can fill the separate form of Delhi state medical council (and of ipu.) for availing 85% quota seats in the govt. Medical college of delhi.
