You have tagged M.S.Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore which is a private medical college in Karnataka so I am answering your question with respect to that only.
In neet 2019 , 457 marks was required for general category for getting a government Quota seat in M.S.Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore under Karnataka State quota
But cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , you should try to get at least around 500 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination
