Hi putala,
Architects are people who draw and decide the shape of design. They don't know about the building work. Civil engineers get a detailed knowledge about construction of building as well as drawing. Civil engineers are actually trained right from the details of bricks, concrete also from details of construction of wall and everything. Engineers can suggest changes in the plans to the architects if it is not possible. But both have good knowledge of their respective fields. So never compare two courses because the discussion will never end.
