Most of the top companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Mindtree etc. Hire engineers who are good at coding. Because, their hiring process involves aptitude test, coding test, technical and HR round.
There are also some companies like Zensar etc. Doesn't look for coding. Their hiring process invlove aptitude round, PPT, PI etc. Companies like BYJU'S, Jaro etc. Hire students with good communication skills and personality. Their hiring process involve GD, PI. These companies offer salary upto 10lpa.
