Are last year's cutoffs reliable of IPU CET for BBA to predict for the desired college?

hi prachi , 

thankyou for approaching us  . you can predict the colleges using the previous year cutoffs upto 70% . beczuse the change in cutoffs migh some times be very large but usually there are slight changes in the cutoffs .
