see previous years papers need to solve to understand the difficulty level of papers.  I suggest to solve last 10 years papers, topic wise mcq solving every day as much as possible. however there is no surety that only solving previous years papers you would sore high in exam. your conception should be clear and the 10+2 syllabus should be crystal clear.

Definitely there was few questions in 2016 and before 2016 Papers that were not from NCERT but still they will help you to remember some basic points for preparation.
