It depends on if you attain the required eligibility criteria for NEET. For example your age must be 17 years as of 30th December 2019. And in case you will get selected for NEET then you can apply for counseling for colleges you are interested in but if you do not have relevant and required documents at the time of counseling you shall not be taken into consideration.
