Students are called according to their Common Merit Rank(CMR). Both the rank are important because if you belong to reservation category then you can see where you stand in your particular category as every category has its limited number of seats. For that you can get a idea about the possibility of selection in that category seat with your category rank.

Counselling procedure for National Institute of Fashion and Technology(NIFT) :

• The deatails of counselling will be available in month of May/June, 2019.Canditates have visit the site regularly for the notification update.
• Class 12 original marksheet is required for verification.
• For PG, candidates have to bring the original marksheet of their graduation from recognized university.
• If candidate has appeared for final year, then the previous marksheet of all semester needs to be verified and sgould carry the admit card.
• In favour of 'NIFT HO' bank draft has to created by the candudates.
• The name of canddate, category, roll number, are to be written at the back of Bank draft.
• class 10 marksheet should be present for the date of birth verification.
• SC/ST/OBC/Pwd has to bring there original caste certificate for verification.
• Medical fitness certificate should be signed by a registered medical practitioner.
• Undertaking regarding Anti-Ragging should bought.
• Income certificate has to bought in the original document
