Hello,

You haven't given the scenario where it has to be considered for 45%.

Normally, your CGPA is considered. The result you get in each semester is your SGPA. if you sum results of all the semesters and divide it with number of semester then you will get your CGPA.

for considertion for 45%, it depends in which context you are asking. Normally there is no weightage. This marks is only kept for eligibility criteria. At some college maight be given some percentage weightage but they are very less in number.
