I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, You can get a seat in Karnataka colleges through All India Quota Counseling that too if your rank is sufficient. If your domicile state is Karnataka then you can't apply for Karnataka state Quota seats so the way to get into Karnataka medical colleges is through All India Counseling if you have sufficient rank otherwise Through Management Quota.
