Hello Pawan,
There are 5% reserved seats for a person with disabilities (PWD) out of the total seats available.
That person has to submit the disable certificate issued by the Disability Assessment Board to claim reservation seats.
Some of the Disability Assessment Board are given below:-
1. Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi
2. Madras Medical College, Chennai
