Dear Niranjan,

In chemistry if you learned about Le Chateliers Principle then you must be aware of the effect of pressure on concentration in Chemical equilibrium equation.

""A change in pressure or volume will result in an attempt to restore equilibrium by creating more or less moles of gas.""

So in this case the reaction will shift right .

And for maintaining the equilibrium we will double the pressure of the Product "D".
