The choice of your subject after MBBS shall be based on NEET PG/AIIMS/PGI/JIPMER/NIMHANS Scores. The better you score, the more chances and options you get for choosing.
The PG course is never a must do, one can be a plain general practitioner or medical officer after MBBS or shift to any line of profession like civil services, Managemnet etc.
