as I got 49 percentage in jee mains january iam st category in which college i will get seat

Hello aspirant

As per your percentile your all India expected rank will be 443185.1.

Talking about college in which you can get a seat depends on Jee main session 2 results, cut off of , Colleges exam difficulty level, previous year's cut off.  and also on your category.

2019 cut off for ST category was 44.3345172.

cut off usually increases  every year . So I think you are on border line, can try your luck in JEE main session 2 which now will be held in may 2020.
