I guess on scoring 530+ marks in neet ug , your rank will be around. 6000-8000(air)..
You might get a govt. Mbbs seat through state quota counselling..
Don't let your marks below your enquired marks as it will shift your rank to thousands of below..

• Based on last year's (2017) trends, had you scored 500 +/- 30 in NEET 2017, your All India Rank would be 10,000 +/- 5,000.

• However, you must understand that the predictability of a NEET score and the corresponding rank is highly variable. It all depends on the difficulty of the paper as well as how many students have scored better than you or rather how many students you have out-smarted that determines your percentile.

• For now, you must focus on getting a score above 570+ to ensure that you get a good Medical College of your choice.

• Study well and improve your performance. Few weeks more and this is your final feat. Do not focus on your results but rather on your preparations.

One cannot Surely predict your rank according to last years stats, as it depends on difficulty level of your paper and no. of students appearing. but still according to 2017 results a score of 530, makes a rank nearby 15000.
