Go for FMS BHU if these are the only two colleges that you really have to choose from. However, in case you can afford to drop a year and consider retaking your entrances again next year, then I would rather suggest you to do that, since niether of these two colleges have a good future prospect. While retaking your exams you can consider doing a part time internship or some certification courses to build up your resume.
