Correct Answer: Assertion (A) is False and Reason (R) is False.


Solution : Current Ratio = Current Assets/Current Liabilities
Current Assets = Working capital - Current liability
Current Assets = 16,00,000-6,00,000= Rs.10,00,000
Current Ratio = 10,00,000/6,00,000=1.67
Hence option 4 is the correct answer.
