At 488 marks and ews category you cannot get any government college in Rajasthan. Because cutoff in Rajasthan is very high every year and this year also it is expected that it will rise.
According to last year's cutoff, to get any government medical college in Rajasthan you need atleast 605+ marks.
And also if you want to take admission through all india quota, then also you cannot take admission in any of the government medical college all over India at these Marks. You need at least 600+ marks for that.

However you can try for private medical colleges of Rajasthan state.
