Yes you can. Provided that you get 90%+ in boards so that you get a rank below 1Lac.
Secondly, depends on the stream you want.
To get CSE is tough as ranks close around 70k. Electronics could be possible. Otherwise you'll be left with Biotech branch.
Else, you could get into JIIT Sec-128 which is not the main campus though but ranks go upto 1.5Lac there. So that could be possible.
