Yes you are eligible for appearing for NEET 2021. The criteria for appearing in NEET is that you have to be 17 years old in the year of admission that is on 31st January 2021.  You are eligible as you will become 17 years in March 2021 which is before December 2021. For appearing, you should be be born on or before December 31, 2003. The upper age limit for appearing in NEET is 25 years for general Category.

If you haven't applied for NEET UG 2020 then, you must be enquiring about NEET UG 2021 entrance examination. For this, you must have crossed 17 years if age by December 31st as per the eligibility criteria mentioned every year. Also, if you belong to a reserved category, the eligibility criteria says the candidate must be born on or before 31 December, 2003. So, you can check your age eligibility accordingly and decide.

Neet eligibility  criteria says that, to be eligible  you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical  of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually with at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination  if belong to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st

Also,
Minimum age limit is 17 years old ,so  to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old by  31st  December 2021

So, if you don't complete 17 years by 31st December 2021 and still remain 16 years 9 months old then you will not be eligible for neet 2021 , but if you complete 17 years by 31st December 2021 then you will be eligible for neet 2021
