Hello Satish

If you are alloted a MBBS seat in deemed medical university still you can give BDS for upgradation in 2nd round. As I think you will take a BDS seat instead of MBBS seat due to low fees. So for this you will have to 1st take admision in the college alloted to you in 1st round after that you can apply for upgradation. As there are option for freash choice filling so this time you can give BDS seat upper position in preference list. In this way you will get a BDs seat in 2nd round. Be sure about your preference of college.

All the best.
