Cut off rank NEET PG 2021 for general category was around 8-9k.

NEET PG 2022 counselling is yet to start but previous year(NEET PG 2021 ) cutoff trend of MS - ORTHOPAEDICS is :

GENERAL - 8259

EWS - 13313

OBC - 10864

SC - 25382

ST -  52951

You have a fair chance of getting MS- ORTHOPAEDICS. I will suggest you to attend all counselling rounds, specially open round counselling.
