Ofcourse you can get IIITs with this rank. I would like to suggest you to first focus on JEE Advanced cause 2514 rank is very good rank. You can crack jee Advanced too. If not, then top NITs/IIITs are there for you.

Yeah you will surly get seat in Nits while you need choose wisely with branches and NITS as per my knowledge you will gwt top nits only
