Hello candidate,

By using the principle of parallel lines, we can know that it both the parallel lines have the same slope which is given by dy/dx of both the curves.

So, taking the derivative of both the curves we get e^x = 2, and show the value of x is equal to (log 2), and the value of Y is equal to 2 (log2).

So, the point is ( log2, 2 log2).

Hope it helps!!
