Attended the classes for 6 days..As per Anna university rules, if fees money will be refunded when I discontinue the course??

You should first check if your fees has been refunded, then approach some other college for admission.
Just clearly inform them that you want to withdraw your admission.

As I want to join bsc(horti) ,they are refusing to refund the amount and compelling to pay the one year fees fully....is there any rules to pay the amount full?
