Hello Ravikumar,

As per the eligibility criteria of GATE, only the candidates who have completed their graduation degree and the candidates who are currently pursuing their final year can apply for GATE.

The 3rd year candidates are not eligible to apply for the GATE. You can still start your preparation for the GATE exam from now onwards though.
