Hello Sunny,
Bsc in physiotherapy is far better than any other medical domain. After completion of your course you'll get many job opportunities. Scopes are high in this field.
You can work as physiotherapist in any renowned medical  company. According to you your score in NEET was not satisfying. But I must tell you, you need not to worry. Because physiotherapy is a very good option to study forward.

Hello

Physiotherapy or physical therapy is a treatment given to patients without any invasive procedures and medicines instead only using physical exercise and movements. Whereas MBBS is a medicine & surgen. He/She can perform surgeries. Good or Bad depences on your personal interest only. Both the fields have their own values. So take your own decision.

Hope this will helpful.

Good Luck.

Hello Sunny,
You must know that both courses are good and both are tougher, the only thing is that subjects will be different for the two courses plus you need the same dedication and hardwork for success.
Course MBBS is of 5 years where as course BPT is 4 and a half years course.
Each student whether a student with MBBS or a student with BPT course will learn in their own way and cannot be compared.

Afterall it's your responsibility to choose your field of interest.
Hope this works,
Good luck!
