bangaloore or hyd which is best city for leeding software life
Hello Aspirant
Both Bangalore and Hyderabad are good cities to lead a software life. Both these cities have a well fucntioning software zone and both of them are very progressive cities.
Bangalore is known as the silicon valley of India. The area in Bangalore known as Electronic City is specifically focused on the operations of Multi National Corporations (MNCs), wherein most of the MNCs are IT based. The Electronic city is divided into phases and has residential areas alongside for proper living. Bangalore also has a lot of potential in terms of hosting startups and national level and international level conferences and associations.
One negative point of Bangalore that Hyderabad wins over is traffic management. The traffic in Bangalore is very bad and gets annoying over time. If you do not live near your place of work then it is a very hectic task to travel everyday from your living place to your place of work. Hyderabad in this context is a better option although there is a lot of development happening in terms of the metro in Bangalore.
Hyderabad is a growing city and it has a lot of potential. A lot of MNCs based in Bangalore are opening offices in Hyderabad and Hyderabad is also becoming a hub for software development.
Overall, until now, Bangalore is a better city for leading a software life as the opportunities in Bangalore are more. Companies such as Infosys, Amazon, Flipkart and much other e-commerce and consulting services have their headquarters and country headquarters in Bangalore. Also there are a lot of start ups and a lot co-working spaces in Bangalore for you to collaborate with other people and work upon new projects. Another thing is that Bangalore is a cosmopolitan and there is a lot of diversity and it is comparatively easier to adapt to this city.
You should focus on the company you are aiming to work for and send in resumes and see what offers are available to you. Both the cities are progressive and thus you should focus more upon the companies and the job posts that are offered to you.
Both the cities are closeby and it is also easier to commute from one city to another.
I hope that I have answered your question. If you have any further doubts then please ask in the comments section.
Best of Luck!

Hi LVM Reddy, Bangalore has a single tag which is still not yet replaced, "IT Capital of India" and it is still the best place with a lot of massive emerging as well as emerged and well settled MNC gateway. You can have a lot of comoanies and the exposure is very high in Bangalore. You get to shift companies lot more easier and also therr are many places to hang out, to relax the stress of weekday over the weekends. Hyderabad aint bad, but it still doesnt have the charisma yet, to match up with Bangalore. They dont have the extent of software comoanies, which has been ruling Bangalore yet. In the mere future, they are developing and are trying to match up to the extent of Bangalore life.
