Hey,
The syllabus of NEET and AIIMS include the Physics,Chemistry and Biology of class 11th and 12th. Since,you are in class 8th so you should focus on building up your concepts. Read NCERT. Develop analytical skills. Try to learn instead of mugging up.

Hi Ayush, first of all congratulations on fixing your dream way ahead and working to crack it, every entrance exam is all about basics, you are in8th grade now, so thorough your basics well, stick to NCERT textbooks and thorough them, know your concepts in depth and clarify any doubts you get. if you are interested the first thing you should decide is whether you want to take up science and whether it is biology you really want to take up because please do not regret later on if you have decided wrongly at the basics of your education Foundation
if you are really interested in medical sciences and want to strengthen your base of biology at a tender age then you should start off with NCERT based books on another account can get admitted to institutions like Aakash or Allen but maybe at a later stage at about class 9 since that will help you strengthen not only the concepts and biotechnology, microbiology, animal physiology and botany but will also help you get a broader spectrum on biology and choose and decide whether you want to take a medical science of going to pure basic life sciences and associated professorship for research work
You can also follow the volumes of Truman at a later stage since the year very potent books to help you with your need but might require a bit of maturity so I would advise you to start off with NCERT books at first
