First of all, depends on your interest.
Ece is a very good branch in terms of scope and at the same time is harder than other branches.
Eee has a very few core companies, but a good scope in the software side. Branch is easier than ECE. And scope is less than ECE
ME, will be an all boys branch probably and is okay in terms of difficulty. You have a good number of automobile, consulting and software companies, scope is lesser than EeE.
Civil, unless you are the topper in branch and perform well for the one or two companies that come, it has no scope

No branch is easy....every branch is good for engineering...It depends on you ...how you study and understands ...all branches that you have mentioned have more or less same scope in future .....placements also depends on colleges. For which college you have applied for?

No branch is easy or tough. It all depends on your interest. For civil, sometimes market is down other all branches have good scope in future especially Mechanical.
