Dear Srishti, there is not separate cutoff of any state board for IITs you have to first clear jee mains then you have to clear jee advance then you get admission in IITs colleges. But if you have exceptionally well marked in board exam you get some well govt colleges which are better than some NITs.So check these colleges.
