Hello Shivangi,

There is no top government college that runs programme for Biotechnology. Only Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology Kanpur have this branch. You can go for it. you can easily get it. otherwise you can go for private college on Fee Waiver Seat.

U can go for bundelkhand University as it is the top University in UP which offers biotech
