As far as i know, TMH JEE mains maths is quite good for practice. Once you are done with mains, you can go for advanced aswell. It has really good questions and they are based on the types of questions that we usually get inJEE mains.

Cengage books are considered one of the best for preparation if jEE mains+ advance .
Actually, cengage is mainly focused on jEE advance, but definitely you can solve it to get a good rank in. jEE mains.
Also, cengage has more no. Of questions than that of tmh.
