For AIIMS delhi eligibility criteria is to pass in Class 12 with 60% aggregate (English + PCB steam)+ Age must be 17 and above is required. From any recognised board.
From year 2020 Admission in AIIMS will be on the Basis of NEET Score therfore if we see cutoff from last year AIIMS Exam it is more than 710 plus for general category & for st category compare it with NEET Score Rank then around 2500 UR RANK For ST student has got AIIMS Delhi & Rank around 2500 In NEET Will lie around 670 Marks So your Target Score for AIIMS Delhi must be 700+ and for reserved category 680 plus.
