As per your preference Go For BBD Lucknow. As SRMU has Strict Attendance Policy, that isn't a bad thing as they have also better Placements. But In Case Of BBD its the same but less pressure of academics, less strictness. so go for BBD Lucknow it is Best In Both Choices.

If your preference is less attendance, less strictness then I must say definitely go for babu banarasi das university where there is huge crowd so definitely there is less strictness and there is also no strictness on attendance . So, based on your preferences go for bbd over srmu.
