Anyway, in any such cases that arise even in your future, immediately contact the held desk email id and number.

Since this is not a blunder issue, you can drop a mail to the given mail id stating your problem so that they don't stop further processing of your application. In future, if you don't happen to receive your admit card in time, you can send a proof of this mail to them stating that you had already informed them of the problem.



In the mail clearly write your name, Registration number, other important credentials, such as phone number, email id and seek permission if you can change the photograph or ask them to consider this case.

They might not reply to your mail, but do not panic, you already have taken an action from your part.
