By mistake my sister choose hindi as language in neet-2019, she would be appearing for exams in gujarat, will she get english as sublanguage

Yes, the paper would be bilingual ie. With both English and Hindi.
The default medium of paper is English, if any discrepancy is found in any question, the English version of it would be treated as final.
