Yes, you can appear for JEE Main for paper 1 and paper 2. The eligibility criteria to appear for JEE Main paper 1 is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or it's equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject. from a recognised board.
The eligibility criteria to appear for JEE Main paper 2 is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
Candidates who are currently studying in 10+2 are also eligible to appear for JEE Main 2021. If you qualify in both the papers you can get admission in any course (B.Tech/B.Arch) of your choice. But if you qualify in only in one paper you will be eligible to get admission in a course for which you have qualified.
