Coming to your question, you have not mentioned if you have any category reservations and if you are looking for Government or Private colleges.
According to previous years cutoff it will be difficult to get an MBBS seat in AIQ counselling especially if you fall under the General category. But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available. Also the cutoffs are different for different categories. So do keep hope.
