Can a candidate from J and K with 100% state quota apply for private colleges with 100 score in neet

Yes. You can apply for private colleges. The only restriction for J&K state quota students is that they cannot apply for All India counselling.

If you have filled up the form and taken the examination, there is no reason you cannot apply. However, your getting admission depends entirely on some other factors like your gender, seat availability vs the number of total applicants, and the level of toughness of the exam that year.
