Can a karnataka student hold the alloted college and participate in karnataka mop up round?If not alloted in mop up can we continue wid 2nd

After being allotted seat in Karnataka, candidates were given 4 choices. Depending on the choice they selected, they could or could not participate in further rounds.

Yes, you can attend the counseling and upgrade your college, if you do not get in mop-up round then you can retain the allotted college in second counseling.
