Hi Viraj,

You as a Maharashtrian can fill the MBBS form of any state. But, you will be given only the All India Quota in other states (which is only 15%). Only in Maharashtra, you will get your state quota in the counselling process (which is 85%) since you will be having only Maharashtra domicile.

The procedure is same if you go through state counselling. But anybody can approach private colleges personally. That does not have any bar.
