Can a non Maharashtra State student apply for MBBS in Maharashtra for private colleges based on neet score and what is the procedure?

In order to get admission in Maharashtra private colleges also you should have the domicile of Maharashtra. Non Maharashtra state student can not apply for the private seats also in the state.
