You can pursue bba/bms/ba hons/b.com/b.com hons/etc are the Management degrees that you can go for from a top institue or even after doing medicine (mbbs/etc) in graduation, you can opt for management programs like mba/pgdm in any specialisation of your choice but the only highlight here is you need to give a proper explanation and justification for the reason of change in your career as the top institue interviewers ask them.

You can also opt for mba/pgdm in management of healthcare as it will keep both of your interests: management and healthcare.
