Hi

No dear candidate. Admissions at IITs are solely based on your secured merit in JEE Advanced Examination. They will not consider your JEE Mains Rank.

You can always check the same about JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria 2019 in a greater detail through this link: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-advanced-eligibility-criteria.

Best of Luck.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Candidate, I'm sorry to say but don't you know that there can be only 1 NIT in a state? There is MANIT Bhopal in MP. No other NIT can be established there. Also, this is very dangerous you don't know these basics and going to an NIT.

Hello Manish bamauriya,

The admission in to the IIT all over India as the same procedure .

The admission into the IIT is only taken through the JEE ADVANCED examination and seat intake will be given through josaa .if one qualified and secure good rank

So the jee main examination rank are not considered as admission criteria in IITs

All the best

Hi Manish,

All IITs take admission on the basis of JEE Advanced rank, not JEE Main. That is the same for IIT Indore.

Hope it answers your question.

Thanks.
