Hi Tushar,

A student can take the benefits of two state quota if he or she fulfil the requirements.

Different states have different criteria towards domicile consideration like Bihar state wants you to be a permanent resident of the state but west west b wants you to have your 10th and 12th completed from West Bengal.

If you meet the requirements of both the states domicile criteria then you can apply and can take benefits from both the states.

I hope this information helps.

All the best.
