Hello,
It depends on your daily scheduled works and routine.But i will suggest you to be consistent with your studies and study for atleast 4 or 5 hours in a days by giving equal time to each subject.Utilise this time in solving questions and clearing your basic concepts.Avoid social media for this one year especially and relax equally during this one year.

The first 4 months hsoukd be strictly allottedctowards Ncert book preparation with daily 6hours of study and taking up sections wise mocks is critical for revision.

Next 4 months you can devote towards revision of Ncert books as well as solve additional probkems with higher levels from books by RD Sharma for maths, IE Irodov for physics, OPTandon for chemistry.

Last 4 months be devoted for taking up 20+ mock exams and correction of mistakes to strengthen your weak areas.
