You will need to register again but you don't need to document verification. You will loose your seat that you got in the first counselling if you get seat in the second counselling. There is no option for locking in TS EAMCET. So if you are not happy with the college you got in the first counselling only then you go for the second counselling. You need to register and do the slot booking again.
