If you are looking for admission in Delhi university then answer is Yes . Certificate of position in cluster / zonal / regional in CBSE competition are considered in category D for taking admission in sports quota in Du.

Participating certificate will not be considered. Certificate must be of securing 1st,2nd and 3rd position in competition. Certificate must be issued by District sports associations, zonal/district/Regional directorate of Education/ school boards.
